You need to enable cookies in your browser to be able to login to SourceAid. A cookie is a small text file that a website can use to write information to be stored on your computer. A website can only read the cookies which it writes. SourceAid uses cookies to remember who you are after you login.

Select “About” from the “Help” menu to determine the version of your browser. Follow the instructions below for your browser. If you are using a different browser, then please contact support@SourceAid.com for assistance.

Internet Explorer 6.x

  1. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu.
  2. Select the “Privacy” tab.
  3. Click the “Default” button.
  4. Click the “Apply” button.

Internet Explorer 5.x

  1. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu.
  2. Select the “Security” tab.
  3. Click the “Custom Level” button.
  4. Scroll down the list to the “Cookies” section.
  5. Click the “Enable” radio button for the “Allow cookies that are stored on your computers” option.
  6. Click the “Enable” radio button for the “Allow per-section cookies (not stored)” option.

Netscape Navigator 6.x (and higher)

  1. Select “Preferences” from the “Edit” menu.
  2. Click the arrow next to “Privacy & Security” to open the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose “Cookies” from the list.
  4. Click the “Enable cookies for the originating web site only” radio button.
  5. Click the “Ok” button.

Opera 6.x (and higher)

  1. Select “Preferences” from the “File” menu.
  2. Click the “Privacy” link.
  3. Click the “Enable cookies” radio button.
  4. Click the “Ok” button.
